What if my product arrives damaged?

We recommend carefully inspecting the packaging of your items upon delivery. If you notice any signs of damage, including to the packaging, please document it on the delivery receipt before signing. If you cannot inspect the contents at that time but suspect potential damage, note “suspect damage” on the receipt.

In the event that your item(s) do arrive damaged, please take clear photos of the issue and send them to support@yourwellnessgoods.com. Once we receive your report, we will process a replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
